Exchange and Return Policy

I bought a product and I want to return it, is that possible?

Yes, you can return any product within 3 days of receiving the order, provided that it is in its original packaging and has not been opened at all.

Who bears the shipping costs in case of exchange or return?

The customer must transfer 60 riyals for round-trip shipping costs, which the store pays to the shipping company for the exchange and return service, noting that earrings and sets are non-returnable.

If I receive a different product, who bears the shipping costs in case of exchange or return?

If a different product is received, the purchase invoice will be reviewed. If the discrepancy is found to be an error on the part of the store and the received product is not the one listed on the invoice, the store will bear all costs. However, if the received product matches the product on the purchase invoice, the customer will be responsible for all costs.

The customer can access the order invoice from their store account in the Orders section.

When can I get my money back?

The refund for the order amount will be processed after the store receives the returned product from the shipping company, usually within 7-10 business days.
